Locations: (Maun x1, Francistown x1 & Gaborone x1)
 
Main Purpose of the Job  
Reporting to the Head of department, the Regional Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. This role involves managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
 
Key Performance Areas.
· Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Verify client’s applications from sales agents and send to relevant department for processing.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to the region.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and engage with customers.
· Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with company campaigns.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
· Prepare and presentations, and track performance, daily, weekly and monthly.
 
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Administration or business related.
 
Experience:
· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field-based supervision of teams.
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
· Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
· Candidate must have a car and valid driver’s license
