We are looking for suitably qualified Independent Non-Executive Director candidates for appointment to the Board of Directors and selected Board Sub-Committees.
 
Position: Chair Board Person x1
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Provide leadership to the Board.
  • Ensure effective corporate governance.
  • Offer strategic guidance within a highly regulated and risk-sensitive industry.  
 
Requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Board Chairperson or Committee Chairperson.
  • Proven track record in corporate governance and strategic leadership.
  • Experience in the logistics, energy, or transportation sectors (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to foster constructive challenge and diverse perspectives at board level.
  • Must not be serving on more than two (2) boards concurrently (including this appointment).  
 
Position: Co-opted Committee Member (Non- Board Member) X2
 
Audit & Risk Committee
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a member of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee (FRAC) meetings only (not a full Board appointment).  
  • Provide independent specialist input to the Committee.  
 
Requirements
  • Strong background in finance, audit, investment, and or risk management.  
  • Prior experience serving on a board or governance committee.  
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks.  
  • Understanding of taxation, customs, and cross-border trade regulations relevant to energy and logistics.  
 
Human Resources Committee
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in HRC meetings only (not a full Board appointment).
Provide independent specialist input to the Committee.
 
Requirements
  • Core qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in SHEQ, occupational health and safety, or risk management (highly desirable).
  • Industry-relevant competencies.
Familiarity with ISO standards, including: ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety)
