A Direct Sales Agent is responsible for selling and promoting telecommunication products and services. The agent engages with potential customers in the field, explains products, register customers and meets set sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

 

Key Perfomance Areas

 

· KYC update

· Door to door selling of Products

· Actively market and sell products to individuals, corporates, and micro-businesses

· Conduct door-to-door outreach, field activations, and other sales activities to generate leads

· Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and referrals

· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Collect customer data and feedback to support continuous improvement

· Accurately complete and submit sales reports as required

 

 

· Able to influence and convince customers to purchase products and utilize services

· Clear and effective verbal communication

· Excellent customer service skills

· Target and results Driven

· Exceptional digital literacy

 

 

· Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or Related Field

 

 

· At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
