Our client in the banking Industry is looking for an exceptional User Experience Analyst, with a strong background in Quality Assurance. They are looking for more than a banker.
 
Main Purpose of the Job  
To identify quality concerns in platform projects and apply quality assurance (QA) practices and principles throughout the QA lifecycle thereby participating in the delivery of quality platform products. To enable testing frameworks that facilitate an efficient testing environment.
 
Reports to: Manager, Platform Operations & User Experience
 
Responsible for: Project management, coordination, business reports and cross-functional alignment within the platform section.
 
Key Performance Areas.
 
Technology & Architecture:
· Execute testing scripts, document results, and enhance traceability.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test scenarios and acceptance tests.
· Prepare test data requirements and conduct test environment assessments.
· Ensure comprehensive test coverage and script test scenarios.
· Create evidence portfolio detailing executed tests.
· Conduct integration testing and collaborate with Developers.
· Raise and escalate defects, conduct defect investigations.
 
Product:
· Collaborate with platform teams and Technology partners.
· Track goals and metrics, alerting superiors to concerns.
· Provide technology support to commercialization efforts.
· Engage cross-functionally to contribute to platform value proposition.
· Provide reporting support to platform users, ensuring clear communication of technical development implications.
· Assist in revenue assurance activities on the platform, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of revenue-related data.
 
Risk, Regulatory, Prudential & Compliance:
· Provide input into partner service level agreements/standards.
 
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
 
Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of work experience in software development life cycle.
· 1-2 years project management experience.
