COSBOTS invites and challenges suitably qualified, self-motivated and results oriented individuals to apply for the following position: Sales And Marketing Manager 3 (Three) years Fixed Term Contract at D3 Band.
 
Main Purpose of the Job: Position Requirements:
 
 
    1. Defining and implementing operations framework to ensure delivery of a secure, reliable, and convenient service in all licensing.
 
2. Draft, review and recommend licensing policies, procedures, and rules
 
3. Formulate strategies and tactics for increasing number of licensed users
 
4. Document licensing processes
 
5. Draft, recommends and review tariffs
 
6. Manage key accounts for customer retention and business growth
 
7. Capacity building to artists, users, and staff
 
8. Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
 
9. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
 
10. Implementing new sales plans and advertising the business.
 
11. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
 
12. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
 
Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales, Driver Licenses Class B.
 
Competencies: Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
